primianpolarityPrima's purview is, pure and simply, Light. This is more than simply illumination; this is positive energy, holy energy if you will, and is perhaps only so far from Primus' own.
But it can still illuminate.
Prima constantly has a glow about him, however strong or subdued; it varies with his emotions, but is able to be controlled via force of will - though it never quite goes out. Still, he can amplify or subdue it on a whim. This glow also has a subtle warmth about it, noticible to those around Prima himself. It's nowhere near the amount of heat that a fire gives off, but it's enough to stave off a chill.
This light, and the warmth that comes with it, is the most obvious use of his abilities. Prima can manipulate it separate from himself, creating a sphere and controlling it with a few hand gestures to go of its own accord. He can also turn it in to a weapon - amplifying the Light to a painful explosion, burning those unlucky enough to be in its path. From small, bullet-like manifestations to greater, mech-sized ones - Prima's control of its size and power is total, limited only by the strength coming directly from his own formidable spark.
It's possible for Prima to channel this energy directly through another item - whether it be a living figure or a simple item - via physical touch. In this case, the point of connection is what glows - and the energy, for good or ill, is powered in to the other through that. This can serve as a simple means of repowering an exhausted companion, to purge them of a taint that's affecting their system (it can't outright /heal/, unless the other is healed by exposure to positive energy, but it /does/ cleanse impurities)...or, if the other has a somewhat darker makeup? To hurt.
Aside from his Purview and the Power that comes from it, Prima is also one of the stronger among the 13. He is not the strongest, but his power and endurance are nothing to laugh about. He is the sort of mech who leads them in battle by /being/ with them in battle, his strength and skill serving them as much as himself. And as with all of the other Firstforged, Prima can also spacebridge from place to place, though doing so takes enough energy that he greatly prefers to cross short distances on foot, or in his wheeled altmode.
Prima also wields the Star Saber, a blade capable of cleaving mountains, shattering continents, and indeed cleaving stars themselves. Its hilt holds a jewel granted by Primus himself; a crystal directly from the God's makeup, and in no small part fueling the Saber itself.
